How long do I have access to a course?
You receive lifetime access for the life of ConstructaBond Learning, including all future updates to that course. If we retire a course, enrolled learners retain access to an archived version.
Do I get a certificate?
Yes. Upon completion and a short quiz, you’ll receive a downloadable certificate noting learning hours. It is a proof of training, not a state license.
Are safety topics included?
Absolutely. Harness checks, ladder angles, weather holds, and material handling are integrated in every module, with reminders and checklists.
What is your refund policy?
We offer a 14-day refund if you’ve completed less than 25% of the course. Contact [email protected] with your order ID.
Do I need prior experience?
Beginner courses assume no prior roofing experience. Intermediate and advanced courses note the skills required in the overview.
Do you offer group or business plans?
Yes. We provide bundled pricing for teams of five or more, with progress tracking and a shared invoice.
What tools do I need for hands-on practice?
A basic kit: gloves, safety glasses, utility knife, pry bar, roofing hammer, sealant gun, and ladder. Course pages list any specialty tools.
